Abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific review committee prior acceptance. In the case the number of candidate presentations exceeds the number that can be accommodated in the program, a selection will be made on the basis of novelty, pertinence, and clarity.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline for cancellation and 75% refund of the registration fee is August 10th, 2023. Cancellation must be sent in writing to rdpa2023@uniupo.it

INSURANCE

The Congress Organisers are not liable for personal injuries or loss for/damage to property belonging to delegates (or their accompanying persons), occurring either during or as a result of the Congress. Participants are required to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance for their trip.
